During the early 1990s, I was a regular contributor to a number of publications, including DJ Slater books, Bus Fayre magazine, the newsletters of the Eastbourne Omnibus Society and Channel Islands Bus Society ..... and a few more that I cannot recall. Whilst magazines and newsletters are soon read, filed and forgotten about, I also kept an archive of submitted material which is now reproduced here. I make no apologies for the "south eastern bias" in many of these news reports, but as that was where I lived it was also the easiest area to source news from. Hopefully some of these news reports will be of interest and may support future research projects?
