We are pleased to introduce you to the principle trainers at Essex Instructor Training - Alex Johnson, Tracy Hart and Kevin Mutlow. We are also supported by  Alan Brandon, who often assists with Part 2 training. Alan was the original in-house instructor trainer at  Mutlows, a position he has held for 12 years, prior to which he was with one of the largest national training establishments.

 

Kevin Mutlow is Head of the Training Department and has been an ADI now for over 18 years. During his time as an ADI he has gained many PDIs to a high standard to pass the part 3 exams. Although his main role is office based he will get out on the road as often as possible when the running of the business permits!

 

Alex Johnson has been working with Mutlows for over 5 years. He was specifically selected and introduced into the ADI Training Section 3 years ago by Kevin Mutlow. Since that time he has seen many people through their Part 2 and Part 3 exams. Alex is currently studying for his ORDIT examination and will soon be studying for the Diploma in Driving Instruction.

 

Tracy Hart has been working with Mutlows for 3 years now. Again. Tracy was recently selected to assist in the ADI Training Section, although has previous experience with Mutlows in training PDIs. Tracy is a true professional through and through and boasts a previous career in demanding management roles. Tracy will shortly be joining the ORDIT register.
